Refund policy
Free plan
The free plan costs nothing and never asks for a card, so there is nothing to refund. You can try voice cloning, a DeepVideo of yourself and the DeepMade characters before you pay for anything.
Subscriptions
If you have not generated a clip on the paid plan, email us within 14 days of the payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked. That is the point of the free plan: you should know whether this works for you before you pay.
If you have generated paid clips, the month you have used is not refundable, because the rendering behind it has already been done. Cancel any time from your Library and the next renewal simply does not happen; you keep the plan until the period you paid for ends.
When something goes wrong
A clip that fails to render does not count against your allowance and is never charged for. If a clip came back broken, unusable or nothing like what you asked for, tell us. We will either regenerate it or refund it, and we would rather do that than have you argue with your bank about it.
Law
Nothing here removes any right you have under consumer law where you live. If your local law gives you a stronger right to a refund than this page does, that right applies.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address on the account, and say which payment you mean. We answer within two working days, and an approved refund goes back to the card you paid with. Your bank decides how long it takes to appear, usually five to ten days.
