What we collect

Your email and password, the voice recordings and videos you upload or record, the lines you type, the clips we make, and standard technical data (IP address, browser, timestamps).

Biometric data and consent

A voice sample and a face video are biometric data. We process them only on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give when you record a voice sample, tick "This is my own voice" for an uploaded file, or complete the on-camera consent read for a DeepVideo. We keep a record of that consent (what you agreed to, when, and from which IP address) so we can show it was given. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting the voice or character; the sample and everything derived from it is removed.

What we do with it

Generate your clips; run safety checks (one face, not a public figure, apparent age, consent code and face match); keep a generation log so we can respond to reports and takedown requests; and bill you. Nothing you upload is used to train models, and nothing is shared with other users.

Who processes it

Rendering runs on GPU servers we rent (currently RunPod, United States) under a data-processing agreement; your source video and voice sample are sent there only for the duration of a render. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. We do not sell data and we do not use advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

Voice samples, videos and clips: until you delete them or your account. Deleted media is removed from our servers within 24 hours and from backups within 30 days. Consent records and generation logs (who made what, when — not the media itself) are kept for 12 months after the related content is deleted, for abuse investigations and legal requests.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time: email [email protected]. You can also complain to your national data-protection authority.
